1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
2. Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for items due to wrong size choice, change of mind, or preference unless the supplier allows it.

3. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved, you may be required to cover the return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
4. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
