At Fashion by Matteo, we want you to be happy with your order. Since we operate as a dropshipping store, our return and refund process depends on our suppliers’ policies. Please read carefully before making a purchase. Suppliers list: Syncee, AutoDS, Trendsi and DropCommerce.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

2. Wrong Size or Change of Mind

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for items due to wrong size choice, change of mind, or preference unless the supplier allows it.

  • Please double-check size charts and product details before placing your order.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If a return is approved, you may be required to cover the return shipping costs, unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.

4. Processing Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel.

  • Sale or clearance items.
